Here you can see the property wall
being built. We are building this wall in
order to utilize fill dirt to raise the
property's ground level up. Also, you
will see in a later picture, a neighbor's
property that does not utilize a wall is
having erosion problems.

The purpose of bringing the property
level up is mainly to help with flooding.
Thailand has a "Monsoon Season"
during the months around July, when
there is typically heavy amounts of
rain. Behind our property is a very
deep river bed that has not flooded in
as long as anyone can remember. But
rain run-off and drainage will be vastly
improved by this raising of the property
level.
